Let’s find out just how much Uwell was able to keep up with its legacy of manufacturing outstanding devices.

Design and Build Quality

The Crown IV mod is considerably smaller than other twin battery mods and is rather modest for a dual 18650 battery mod. It features a rectangular shape with softened sides and edges rather than sharp corners. You can comfortably fit the device in your hand because of its shape. The item is not too hefty to cause an issue, even with the batteries fitted. The nicest feature is that nothing rattles or is badly built; everything is properly put together.

This mod is available in six distinct hues, including silver, green, purple, gold, red, and blue.

A tiny, semi-circular groove at the bottom of the rear plate, which serves as the battery cover, makes removal simple. Three magnets—two at the top and one at the bottom—keep it in place. The cover is completely immobile because of the magnets that are elevated on the cover and sunk into the mod.

A stainless steel 510 connector is located at the top of the mod, near the front of the device, and it protrudes slightly from the rest of the mod. The 510 plate has a totally sealed design to keep any e-juice out of the mod’s internal components. There is a spring-loaded connector as well. The Crown IV mod’s plate can hold up to 25mm atomizers without protruding, and it precisely fits the Crown IV tank that comes with it.

A display, two smaller adjustment buttons, a micro-USB connector, and one huge firing button are all features of the Uwell Crown 4 Box Mod. The buttons are all solid yet manageable to press, and they all function with a subtle but gratifying click.

This mod’s screen shows all the details you require about your e-cigarette, including wattage, voltage, resistance, battery life, and puff duration.

About The Tank

The Crown 4 has a more attractive tank than its forerunners. It employs a 510 drip tip that has a rather large mouthpiece. For some matchy-matchy action, it also has a colorful metal ring at the bottom that matches the o-ring at the base of the glass. The hole of the drip tip is rounded, and using it is comfortable.

The Crown IV’s top cap is rather thin, yet it’s still simple enough to grasp. To access the fill ports, just half-twist the top cap in the other direction. There are three large ventilation openings at the bottom of the tank. It’s a terrific direct lung impact when the airflow is completely open. A limited lung hit is delivered when the airflow becomes increasingly constricted.

Pros

  • Crown IV Tank has Excellent Flavor
  • Leak-Free
  • Secure Fill Cap
  • Large Tank Capacity
  • SS904L TC Mode Works Great

Cons

  • Crown IV Mod Lacks Features
  • Mod Panels Scratch Easily
  • Older Style Screen
